PLEASE BE AWARE THAT, CURRENTLY, OUR PATIENT LIST IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED TO NEW PATIENTS
WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
Welcome to Badgerswood & Forest Surgery
The practice operates out of two sites, the Forest Surgery in Bordon and the Badgerswood Surgery in Headley and also provides medical care for the surrounding villages.
Although patients receive the majority of their care from one site, patients may occasionally be asked to visit the other site for emergency appointments or specialized care.
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Triage of our urgent on-the-day appointments
Our on-the-day urgent appointments are triaged by using our E-Consult system, we will ensure that your concerns are looked at by a clinician on the day. This will mean that you do not have to phone at 8.00am to get an appointment for that day and ensures that patients receive an appointment relevant to their medical needs.
Please click the E-Consult box below and answer the questions accordingly – E-Consult is open from 8.00am to 2.00pm. Your submitted E-Consult will then be reviewed by a clinician and a response made.
If you are unable to access online E-Consult or E-Consult is closed, please phone the Surgery, as you previously did, whereby one of our reception team will be able to go through the questions with you and submit your responses to the triage team.
Please note that our reception team will not be able to book you in for an on-the-day appointment, without going through the triage system.
As a member of the South-East Primary Care Network (PCN), we have been provided with the services of 2 paramedics to assist with on-the-day appointments – this is in addition to our current staff and does not replace anyone. The paramedics will make up part of the on-the-day team. Because of this additional resource, we expect to have an increase in the number of available appointments.
For routine appointments, you will still be able to book these over the phone as before and follow the directions for routine appointments.
We are also excited to announce that we have a new GP starting towards the end of July – we will send out further details in due course.
We hope that you will find that these changes will be beneficial to all patients.
